Ku7 Platform Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

By accessing the ku7 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and ku7, so please read it carefully.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash/Nagad, ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes.
• Deposits from another person's account are not permitted.
• Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded — however, if you haven't placed any bets, you can withdraw it at any time.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed.

Ku7 regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Separate terms apply to each offer.

General Bonus Policy:

• Bonus funds must be used for placing bets and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time — unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Ku7 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

Bonus abuse — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulating wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings if detected.

All bets placed on ku7 are considered final. Once a bet is submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the event is cancelled or qualifies for a refund under the applicable rules.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ku7 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In the event a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ku7's policy.
• Ku7 is not responsible for bets missed due to internet connection issues during live betting.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

In any game-related dispute, ku7's decision will be considered final; however, users will have the opportunity to appeal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku7 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts held by the same person or household.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Account Sharing: Sharing or selling your account to another person.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to place coordinated bets and gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the ku7 platform.
• Fraudulent Information: Using a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information.
• System Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access ku7's systems, software, or databases.

Ku7 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discrepancies during KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Direction from a regulatory authority.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed, any valid (bonus-free) balance will generally be refunded. However, in cases of policy violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Ku7 collects and uses your personal information because it is necessary for providing services, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a gaming break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Disputes on ku7 are handled through the following steps:

• Step Two: If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to the management team.
• Step 3: Resolution through an independent mediator or licensing authority if needed.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of ku7's licensing authority. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the designated courts.
